I ordered for a Wallet Johnny the Fox (personalised) and a Belt (Horween Leather Belt) as a gift for my friend on his 65th birthday. The Wallet was delivered on time but the Belt is was not delivered. When I wrote to your support, I got a reply stating that it was missed out by oversight and it was shipped yesterday and it is expected to arrive today but the surprise element went for a toss since I had to tell him that 2 items were ordered and only one got delivered. Moreover he left for a short vacation this morning. Now he will see it only when he arrives. I hope your team is more careful when shipping out orders. I had to order a separate gift basket with a wine bottle to make his day.
