I have purchased many watch bands and wallets from these guys and I am not easy on anything. After a few years of wear the adapter pin on one of my bands broke. I reached out to Ashland to see if I could purchase the pin. The email response was lightning fast and after confirming my address they sent 2 pins at no cost to me. I love their products and their customer service is second to none.
