I loved my natural cxl watch strap originally but found I could not get it tight enough with the provided holes. I emailed Ashland and they told me to ship it to them and then will add more holes and send it back for free (I paid shipping to Ashland but not return shipping). Great to work with them, responsive, beautiful product.
