Purchased Johhny the Fox Black and Teal with conditioner and have used the wallet for about five days. Forgot to add the discount code at checkout and emaled Ashland about the oversite. Immediately received the credit. The wallet arrived within a week but without the conditioner. Ashland also mailed the conditioner immediately when notified. So customer service A+. Shopping extensively for high quality wallets I read a lot about the supposed benefits of hand stiching. This wallet isn't and I think it's better for it. In this case, hand stiching doesn't increase the wallet's lifespan, and even if it did there is a lifetime warranty. Aestetically the machine stitching gives the wallet a sleeker appearance, as the prominant hand stitches tend to be distracting. The black Horween Dublin exterior and teal Latigo interior make an otherwise standard wallet look and feel unique. There is an initial stiffness that is already softening after less than a week. My only quibble is, at least after 5 days, the card slots are a tight fit. I'm struggling a bit to remove a card even is I on;y have one card in the slot. But I think as the wallet breaks in this issue will diminish are be a non issue.
