Got the product and it seemed like it would be great until I saw a permanent scratch on it. I expected a fresh and perfect look especially when I'm paying the premium price. I read Ashland does quality checks before shipping out so I'm assuming this is their quality. It's frustrating to look at so I won't even bother using it. I don't have time to go back and forth or do returns for exchanges. If they can reach out to me for a refund or exchange that would be great or else I'll stay bitter about the product.
