I purchased two 'one-off' items - a vertical bugs moran with reverse interior, and a long wallet. The bugs wound up being an impulse buy, as a long wallet in shell cordovan is something I'd been searching for but hadn't found - until now. Both of them had EXACT pictures of the item. They were described well, photographed well, and there were no major surprises. One thing I didn't appreciate until I received my leather wallet was that the leather is tight and stiff. It takes a bit of time for it to stretch and be able to fit the items in them that the description says it can hold. This is particularly true for a credit card slot. You'll need to let the leather stretch out a bit to get cards in and out of these. This is not a design flaw, it's a feature. Shell cordovan is pretty thick and durable. It'll flex and stretch a bit with time and use, so it makes sense to have it be snug in the beginning and then break in.
