I’ve been asking Phil for a while to make a larger valet tray. The regular ones are fine unless you want to put something else in there along with your Fat Herbie. So finally back in September, he tells me that he’s going to start making them and offers me the opportunity to buy the first prototype. I, of course, jumped at the chance. I got mine in English Tan Dublin and I gotta tell you, ladies and gents: This thing is perfect. It looks gorgeous and is large enough to fit a Fat Herbie and a variety of other accessories. Like many of you, I’m sure, I wish I could also add a XL Shell Cordovan one to my collection but alas, the size of the material needed makes that rather impossible. It’s only a minor shame of course. The material options that are available are no less stunning. This tray looks great on any surface and is a great conversation piece. It also snaps down flat and travels well. Treat yourself. It’s worth it.
