This is the worst customer service ever experienced. Order was never delivered (quick research of reviews after showed me that many customers had the same problem). They never replied to emails asking what was going on. Telephone contact with their UK representative was hopeless and the guy (Palmer, I think as he never once offered his name or an apology for the problem) had absolutely zero customer service skills refusing to give a straight answer or appreciate the problem and gave the clear impression that the whole thing was a complete hassle for him and that I should just go away. Recommendation: NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE A COMPLETE IDIOT!
