“Avoid Askari! They sent me wrong package about 4 months ago. I called Askari´s customer service and they promised to refund shipping expenses, if I send it back. They received the wrong package 5th of December, but never refunded that 29,00€ I paid for shipment. Receipt of shipping payment was inside the package. I have call Askari´s customer servise after that 2 times, but they don´t do anything, they just make you call expensive calls again and again. That is how they make money! Askari makes customers pay for company´s mistakes!”
“This is the worst customer service ever experienced. Order was never delivered (quick research of reviews after showed me that many customers had the same problem). They never replied to emails asking what was going on. Telephone contact with their UK representative was hopeless and the guy (Palmer, I think as he never once offered his name or an apology for the problem) had absolutely zero customer service skills refusing to give a straight answer or appreciate the problem and gave the clear impression that the whole thing was a complete hassle for him and that I should just go away. Recommendation: NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE A COMPLETE IDIOT!”
