My initial shipment arrived damaged, as the bottle of skincare solution had somehow come open and leaked out completely, leaving me with just a wet package and an empty bottle. I called Askderm’s customer service and spoke to an extremely courteous and apologetic representative, and a new shipment was sent out to me immediately. The new product arrived in less than 48 hours. Love the free samples always included, too.
