I've been a customer for over 10 yrs now the new phone I got wouldn't allow landline phones to call my phone number it'd say this number is not a working number so for 3 weeks of trying to fix the issues with assurance wireless they sent me a new phone supposed to be a upgraded phone but it wasn't and they sent it with no sim card so I used my old phone's Sim card and transferred everything over to New phone got it activated but still landlines can not call my phone I'm missing out on jobs and medical appointments due to these issues I'm not even bothering trying to continue service with assurance wireless they lie oh we're upgrading your phone and overnight it to you didn't happen same phone as my old one and no new Sim card and they never fixed the problem with landlines being able to call me. Very dissatisfied with there service representatives and with the poor service moving onto another phone carrier for a Free upgraded phone and service.
