Well I really appreciate all y'all's complaints about Assurance Wireless. Someone at Assurance Wireless must have read all of them and took action ASAP because seems all those problems have been addressed because I applied on Thursday and received my phone on the following Monday. Free phone works good. So far no problems. Of course it's early in the game for me but like I said so far so good. We shall see.
