i went online to do application on june 17, i called around june 28 see where my phone is , they say i have no account. but i have account they using my personal info for another as with last year, i still have letters from assurance wireless and i did not have their service, but they are keeping my personal info, what do i do? file a complaint? that's is what i am going to do as of thid date file complaint with the ftc, and fcc. not recommend. this is a very poor service out of california.and outside usa phillipines
