I just had the best Customer Service Representative from Assurance Wireless. Her name is Rianne. I was very upset and ready to cancel my service. She took the time to listen to my complaint, and look into solving the problem. Then fixing the problem. Best customer service Representative I have ever had! She is an asset to Assurance Wireless !!!
She was kind, patient and knowledgeable. Definitely gets 5 Stars from me, But deserves more! Great customer service, Thank you again Rianne!!!
