Now I understand about the low review. They sent me a sim card almost a month ago. Ups stopped it in the company's home state. No one knows why. They will not send me a new one until they find the first one. Then they wouldn't do anything until they talk to me. 3 different times. Each time knowing they would have to call me again. All while having thick accents that tend to be hard to interpret. Now while doing a claim at ups, right after I spoke to them, they need to speak to me again. That is not possible when they have the SIM card! Then she would not give me a value of the package for the claim. She said there is no value. I understand that but it needs something. Ughhh how in the world is this company in business?? Qlink is getting sued by the government and now this one is screwing with us! I have to say they stayed polite the whole time. I understand they have to follow procedure but when it's no fault of my own they could accommodate me. Messaging a supervisor tomorrow.
