This is the worst business I have ever dealt with in my entire life.
I could not understand one customer service person I spoke to. When I asked one to please speak slower and repeat something the response was " I am no dealing with this" and hung the phone up. I must have called 20 times and spent hours on the phone without any help...Teach English to your customer service department after all they are in America!
