I just got with insurance wireless January the 8th first my data went out when I called about my data they said that my data ran out oh yeah I am with lifeline they said I had to pay $10 for more data so I paid the $10 for more data and all of a sudden I couldn't dial out so I called insurance wireless to ask them why I couldn't talk on the phone they told me that I had to add $10 because I didn't have unlimited talk they never told me this when I applied with them they never told me anything I didn't find out anything until my phone data went out and then turn around I want to use the phone to call a family member and all of a sudden I got on the phone it was saying that I had to call insurance wireless I couldn't dial out or anything until I call assurance wireless so I called assurance wireless one of the representative pulled up my account and said that I had to put down another $10 because my minutes ran out so I put down $10 and I clearly asked the representative how many minutes do I have with the $10 that I have put down she clearly told me I had 3,000 minutes so when I call a family member again we were on the phone talking and the next thing you know my phone went out again so I end up calling assurance wireless again a man answers the phone and looked up my account he was telling me that my $10 that I have put on the day before was not on there so he was going to get someone to call me and disregard the $10 that I had put on the account because I was misled I was supposed to get unlimited money and unlimited talk this representative told me not to call someone will call me so I sat around waiting for someone to call me nobody never call so I end up calling assurance wireless asking about the person that supposed to been calling me back that I never heard from I was so irritated because all I spent my time doing is on the phone with assurance wireless anyway to make a long story short I feel like I was mislead I feel like I have been scammed they didn't even want to give me any more minutes now they supposed to be doing an investigation on my account I had a horrible time with assurance wireless after this I will never deal with them ever again I feel like people need to do their homework before they go to any of these phone companies because I feel like when the government is giving out free things we need to know what they're giving out and what the criteria of getting it and what comes with it because it's not right because these companies are telling us one thing and they're doing another I'm confused. Something needs to be done about this because it's ridiculous I was treated very horrible very horrible and then they were telling me different stories every time I call every time I call I'm very disappointed in assurance wireless.
