Everything! I called several times from a friend’s phone to complain that I can’t do anything with my phone and the customer service people tried to make it my fault after trying all of their suggestions to resolve the issue. Finally, the man I spoke to today told me there was an outage in my area that would be resolved by 5 pm. It’s now 7:56 pm and my phone still won’t do anything so I’m writing this from that friend’s phone.
