The customer service is very poor! You are dealing with foreigners, and the vast majority of them have poor English enunciation and are poorly trained and just slow. Many times they can't answer your questions and they refuse to connect you to a supervisor, or someone in the USA . I have been way too many calls with those people when I have requested a supervisor or someone in the USA, and they put you on hold for 40- 60 minutes and then just disconnect you; therefore stopping you from giving them a rating. It's a bunch of BS! T-Mobile is responsible for this, as they are their contractor. Best thing to do is contact the FCC and the federal lifeline assistance program, and the Universal Services Administration.
