I purchased a fortress massage gun from Astir, there was an issue with the charging. I had no problem contacting and speaking directly with customer services. NO being put on hold or having to wade through multiple choices of why you called and then ending up with the wrong person. I got to speak with someone who could help and the issue was dealt with immediately, The replacement was delivered the next day. Great support and service Astir.
