We're not disrupting an existing market, we're creating a new one. There are plenty of companies supplying commodity products at cheaper prices, it's the easy way in and so that's fair enough, we're not against that. However, through in depth market research it was established that there is a share of the market who are extremely fired up and passionate about the equipment they use and were looking for a more proactive supplier that could consistently supply not just the "market standard" level of product but a "best in the world" level of product, in each key area at a more affordable price.

Simply put our target market is passionate professionals who are seeking a supplier of the world's best products, world's best range, at a more affordable rate along with outstanding customer service.

“Still waiting for delivery 8 days after ordering - sent via Direct Freight Express for some reason and unable to get in contact with them. Has been sitting at their depot apparently for last 5 days.”

“Always easy to navigate the website and find products. However always something on back order and not followed up in a timely manner. I always have to follow up with someone on the team as to when it will be available or when it will be delivered. I've had stock on back order, that was available or discontinued but never followed up by someone from Yes med. That needs attention as it's very frustrating to not receive stock already paid for.”

“My mother needed outdoor Parrallel bars to learn to walk with support after a fall. Her physiotherapist Chris recommended Astir because they (ARRC Helensvale) use Astir products themselves! Only the holding pins have rusted.”
