There are plenty of companies supplying commodity products at cheaper prices, it's the easy way in and so that's fair enough, we're not against that. However, through in depth market research it was established that there is a share of the market who are extremely fired up and passionate about the equipment they use and were looking for a more proactive supplier that could consistently supply not just the "market standard" level of product but a "best in the world" level of product, in each key area at a more affordable price.

Simply put our target market is passionate professionals who are seeking a supplier of the world's best products, world's best range, at a more affordable rate along with outstanding customer service.

“I was helped, however it seems there was a mixup and the Courier initially went to the wrong address, this was quickly remedied in the BP machine was brought to my office thank you”

“We were very happy with Renanta and she solved our query quickly. The problem was that the wrong size brace was in the wrong box. We tried on a large shoulder support for our patient an it was a little tight so we ordered the next size up , and when it came it was exactly the same size. We placed them on top of each other and there was no difference. Renanta helped send another larger one to us”

“Hello, The quality of your products is high and I really appreciate for providing us these great range of hogh quality products from around the world. I just usually have issue with receiving wrong products especially when I order different sizes of one product say a drill bit, etc. I think if you could assess your warehousing and product picking and packing process, you'll make customer experiences even better. “First, Briony was very helpful. She fixed the website error in which the item was advertised for 1 price then it appeared in the cart to be more expensive!! Then your website suggested a cheaper option!!, which in fact is more expensive than the original price of the item that I ordered. The item was: Code 166452 for $48.85 Exc GST then at the cart it became $57.20 plus GST. I ordered items from your website around 1 year ago, when Yes just updated. It is more friendly now, but a price error like that should not occur!! Cheers, Danh”
