We're not disrupting an existing market, we're creating a new one. There are plenty of companies supplying commodity products at cheaper prices, it's the easy way in and so that's fair enough, we're not against that. However, through in depth market research it was established that there is a share of the market who are extremely fired up and passionate about the equipment they use and were looking for a more proactive supplier that could consistently supply not just the "market standard" level of product but a "best in the world" level of product, in each key area at a more affordable price.

Simply put our target market is passionate professionals who are seeking a supplier of the world's best products, world's best range, at a more affordable rate along with outstanding customer service.

Elizabeth was very informative and helpful, advising me of the realistic eta of my product, which enabled me to decide whether I have enough existing product to manage until delivery. This is extremely helpful, and I was able to then place the order and I’m more than happy to await delivery when the stock is in and my order is next in line to be filled. Thanks Elizabeth - really appreciate your help. Looking forward to receiving my order whenever it’s ready.

money was debited from my account but product not shipped for 3 weeks. No communication as to the hold up. Also I have no copy of the receipt

Stock is live on the website and this would have been indicated at the time. However, we would like to extend our apologies for the lack of communication surrounding the specific timeframe that the product was delayed. We are still waiting for this order which was needed urgently, the order was originally delivered to the incorrect address, i contacted the practice where it was dleivered and they have indicated they never received the oreder, i have contacted Astir on several occasions and have beed advised the order will be resent the same/folllowing day. To date order has still not been received.

Prompt service, he was being proactive and offered to take my order from his end as your online system isn’t working properly. This is the 3rd phone calls I made and only this time your staff attempted to resolve the issue.

The pricing on sodium chloride fluid that you are advertising is Is way too high. You can't charge $500 for a box of 20 500ml fluids. I understand there may be a shortage but this price isnt right. Receptionist was lovely and communicated in a professional manner.
