“Briony is a credit to your company. Patient, polite, answering all questions asked, got back to me with answers she couldn't provide immediately. Old-fashioned customer service (and I emphasise the word "service") is a rarity with so many companies nowadays, more's the pity. We communicated initially by Live Chat, then by email and lastly by telephone, and her attitude never changed.”

“Renata was helpful, but an order that I put through over the phone on 16/03/23 had not been shipped yet and when I placed the order I was advised the order would go out the next day, if not the same day. Issue was resolved fast once raised and oferred credit for future purchase.”
