Whilst I had no problem placing the order and Rhiannon was efficient and knew products etc, I did say several times during the order that I wanted 2 BOXES of versitile roll towel totalling 24 rolls - when I received the invoice, i've received 2 rolls only. May not have been her fault but a warehouse issue but this has happened before.
