The customer service agent was lovely. The service on the delivery of the product is an entirely different subject. Now a week 6 working days, and still no product. The apparent dispatch was on the same day as the order was placed. Beyond that............nothing, no further notification.
In all honesty, your company's choice of delivery agent needs to be investigated, along with my order.
I purchased a moon boot for a sprained ankle, which may well have healed itself by the time your boot hops itself from the western suburbs of Sydney.
