I have not been able to open my shopping cart, Norton is blocking it for some unknown reason. I called Astir a few days ago and was told to ask my IT department to fix the computer glitch, but I am a small business and I don't have an IT department at my fingertips and didn't want to pay a callout fee to fix this one problem, so I called Astir again today to see if I could pay over the phone. Renata was wonderful, happy to take my payment with no questions and offered to cancel the shipping fee to make up for any inconvenience. I thought this was going above and beyond for customer service and will absolutely shop with Astir again. I will get that glitch fixed the next time I need my computer serviced. Thankyou
