There are constant mistakes when dealing with Astir.
I was quoted the wrong amount on a product through the online chat function, then told the price to the patient in the room.
Then I was told the price would be honoured, and invoice updated, but had to call back for this to be done properly.
I asked to update my email address, but invoice was sent to old email address after this.
Not sure why i bother with Astir
