Briony is a credit to your company. Patient, polite, answering all questions asked, got back to me with answers she couldn't provide immediately. Old-fashioned customer service (and I emphasise the word "service") is a rarity with so many companies nowadays, more's the pity. We communicated initially by Live Chat, then by email and lastly by telephone, and her attitude never changed.
