On Wednesday 1st of November I called Footmedics after reviewing a trolley that had been delivered the day when I was not in. I noticed the trolley was damaged and the wrong colour, not as it appeared on the site. I immediately called Footmedics and was told to take photos and email sales@astiraustralia.com.au. Which I did and received a response which I found not so great. After 48 hrs no one had contacted me or replied. I called again and Renata picked up. In just under an hour. The new trolley had been sent and she arranged a collection of the first order.
Renata was excellent and I am really lucky that I called again and she answered. Otherwise I would still be waiting. Just like I am still waiting for someone to call me about my shockwave machine that stopped working 3 weeks ago. I had to get someone to fix it who isn't from Footmedics as we had patients booked and no one has helped.
My point is that there is a discrepancy in customer service based off you talk to. It can range from excellent to downright rude.
