We were very happy with Renanta and she solved our query quickly. The problem was that the wrong size brace was in the wrong box. We tried on a large shoulder support for our patient an it was a little tight so we ordered the next size up , and when it came it was exactly the same size. We placed them on top of each other and there was no difference. Renanta helped send another larger one to us
