Overall Astteria has a vast collection of fancy colour diamonds jewellery for you to choose from which is quite rare for UK. The lighting in the showroom was brilliant and made the diamonds dazzling, enough seating for the whole family. The service was exceptional. I got my ring shipped across the sea with no extra charged, the ring was resized to fit my ring finger on the same day that we went to pay and pick up. The atmosphere was kind of office-like with a well decorated showroom, although to me it still felt like an office. I mean no windows, show cabinets (there were show cabinets but they were empty and they only brought out the pieces that I may be interested in). The prices compare to other well-known brands are of course much better, saving themselves from big storefront, marketing and those costs passed on to customers. The packaging is also super luxurious and I've got gifts like wine and Christmas hamper... that was a true luxury shopping experience that I found missing from luxury brands nowadays.
