Took out insurance on theatre tickets. Unable to travel due to Storm Babet. Have so far sent 18 emails to insurance co - Refund Tickets- which are usually bounced back. No phone no. given & co. based in Gibraltar, so not covered by UK consumer rights.
DO NOT BUY TICKET INSURANCE FROM THEM!
