Absolutely disgusted .I have been trying to get information on returning an unused appliance , that is not suitable for my elderly Husband .
I have emailed every day to get a response and still no reply as of today .
Customer Care is non existent .. They tell you , in their info , that contact has to be made for permission to return ..I have never heard of this before from any other Company ..Still waiting for a reply !!!
