If I could give no stars I would. I ordered an ice bath which was delivered late. When it arrived I unpacked and set up to find that there was a leak at the seam and water was pouring out. I contacted the company straight away and asked for an exchange..I have sent numerous emails and still have had no response. I attached videos of the leak and after being extremely patient have now asked for a refund. I do not want any goods from this company its an absolute joke. I am still waiting for a response and really need my refund.
