I purchased a leather barstool from them a no couple of days ago. It arrived on promptly and was easy to assemble, and sturdy. The only problem being the seat/backpad had been stitched incorrectly. I contacted them and they immediately sent out a replacement. It arrived within 24 hours and fitted perfectly. A big thank you to Kayleigh in customer service for her help, and I would definitely recommend them
