Faulty chairs, Bad service! Absolutely shocking, we have only had these chairs 2 months and have had light use, buttons are coming off and the fabric away from the chair where the buttons keep the fabric pushed in. 6 chairs and 3 are already faulty. Customer service said they would only replace the one. Not good enough, so now we are getting in touch with trading standards and leaving reviews here, trustpilot and anywhere so people don’t get ripped off with really poor quality chairs. We will Ask for a full refund on all chairs, or a complete replacement off different style of chairs! Hopefully trading standards will investigate this lack off responsibility to take the chairs back and replace as they are faulty! Look shocking!
