Great company to deal with and nice products. This was a replacement chair for one I purchased from Atlantic previously (Rochelle Office Chair), slightly less comfortable and very slightly lower at max height. However, I am still satisfied. The only issue I wish Atlantic would offer as a service is replacement parts and instructions for the gas cylinder which is what inevitably will fail over time. The last one was used for over 2 years almost every day. Overall, I'd recommend and would have no hesitation buying again.
