I purchased some coasters. The map was very fuzzy and a poor quality reproduction, despite the casters themselves being of a good physical condition, and the price reflecting a premium product. After contacting Customer Services to enquire, I was told that this was my fault as I should have somehow known that zooming in during ordering was needed to make it legible which I think is a poor response. (I was trying to give feedback to avoid others being disappointed, rather than soliciting a refund.) The base level of resolution should be at a sufficiently good quality at the smallest available magnification. Sadly I can’t recommend this company.
