I was very happy with the personalised map heart framed print. The quality of the frame was good and it was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition although it did take a little longer than stated to arrive. Customer Service was good as I had a query about how the map would look and then received an email from Tom with a preview of the print which reassured me.
