I ordered three weeks ahead of when I needed the map, which was a gift for a very special occasion. After a number of requests to know lead and delivery time I finally got a reply the day before the map arrived. Unfortunately it wasn’t what I had ordered. I emailed the company and tried to call so many times, letting them know that there was a clear deadline and asking them just to let me know if it could be remedied, to allow me enough time to organise an alternative gift if they weren’t able to put it right. No one has ever returned a single call, and I had no responses to my emails. Finally, after a week of asking for a simple answer to my request for a reprint, then my request for a refund, I received a response by email to say that they would cancel the reprint and refund my money…no hint of an apology or a an explanation as to why they hadn’t fulfilled the order or bothered to answer my queries. This was the day after the occasion that the gift was needed. The refund has yet to materialise.
The customer service is shocking! Really nice idea for unique gifts, but allow lots of time because these people do not respond to calls or emails, especially when something is wrong with the order. I recommend looking elsewhere.
