Sorry poor review.
Tried numerous times via phone and email for personalisation confirmation for order but no response.
Escalated to Pay Pal. Received order with no personalisation, late.
Such a pity as product was nice but just had none of the personal details that I had requested.Maybe company taking on too much work or needing to employ someone to answer calls and emails.
