The water filter is great but Alta's new policies are not so great. With all the I.D. theft and cyber attacks why should I trust you or any other company. to keep my information on file? If you will send me an annual reminder and discount I will likely keep buying filters. If you intend to charge me more just because I don't want to subscribe I will probably find another filter company.
