Their app locked me out before my showing and by the time anything could of been done the movie would had been halfway over.
I hit them up explaining and trying to show them that it wasn’t my fault nor did they have a way of helping because they deal with e-mail responses instead of there being a phone number.
So there goes my $44 bucks, and they really aren’t trying to help me with this scenario that wasn’t my fault it was their stupid app’s.
