“These guys are horrible. They screwed up the order and instead of fixing it, they suggested to cancel it, minus order fees, and make another order again. And of course they wanted to charge another service fee again. Horrible and non existent customer service. Stay away.”

“I have attempted numerous times to purchase five dollar tickets via the Adam website in connection with T-Mobile discounts. When you try to check out, it will not accept your payment. I have tried multiple payments multiple times on both my phone and my wife’s phone and it never works. Terrible company.”

I reached out to them 5 days prior to my movie and they responded back wanting more information, so I sent what they requested and never heard anything back until the day after the date of my movie!! I sent proof of purchased via a bank statement and they told me that the theater took out the money, Oh well the theater wasn't ATM.TK! This was a frustrating experience,”

“Would rate 0 if I could. Never received tickets I ordered and was charged for. Wrote several emails and went through the CHAT process which was worthless. The movie is today and we have no tickets. I will dispute the charge to my credit card. Zero customer service. Scam website.”

“If I could give zero I would!!! This is a terrible app and terrible, terrible customer service. You can only contact them through e-mail and they are very slow in responding. Well you can you use automated chat which then referred me to e-mail. I tried calling a number I found on-line and it said they didn't have phone service at this time! I reached out to them 5 days prior to my movie and they responded back wanting more information, so I sent what they requested and never heard anything back until the day after the date of my movie!! “I had to cancel a showing through Atom Tickets and chose the wrong option when processing my cancellation. I clicked on Cash instead of Refund by accident. I contacted Atom to see if I could correct this mistake and they said they could not make the correction nor could I make the correction for my refund. This was a substantial refund and I needed this money. Do NOT use Atom! Even if I chose Refund, they do not give a FULL Refund of your own money! Their policies are corrupt and immorally wrong.”

“Promises buy one get one free. But for that you must make an account. That requires validation. But the validation codes “were already used. Try again “ and again and again. I just hope that it wasn’t a scam to somehow rob me.”

“The app and desktop version are not allowing me to select a seat to purchase. So I tried contacting customer service. They only offer an email and chat options. I emailed and also reached out to them during their business hours. I was assigned Noel in chat after 5 minutes of waiting. It's now 24 minutes later and I'm chatting into a void and getting no response even though it still shows that I am "Chatting with Noel." This is literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced.”
