This is a scam site, I purchased tickets for march 23, it somehow changed the date to march 22 so I couldn’t cancel the order, you pieces of garbage owe me $31.

The app and desktop version are not allowing me to select a seat to purchase. So I tried contacting customer service. They only offer an email and chat options. I emailed and also reached out to them during their business hours. I was assigned Noel in chat after 5 minutes of waiting. It's now 24 minutes later and I'm chatting into a void and getting no response even though it still shows that I am "Chatting with Noel." This is literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced.

I tnink the government needs to get involved with Atom Tickets and this scam they are running. I sent emails, sat on the chat and waited for 2 hours, no response and they kept my money!

Customer service was horrible When i asked to discuss with a supervisor to fix this set of issues, i was denied. Never heard of something that couldnt be escalated.

you guys are pathetic. called all three of your customer service telephone numbers....none are operative. You guys owe me $87 and if I don't hear back from you soon I'm going to file a lawsuit asking for $25,000 in damages re: time spent on getting my money back. Don't laugh, idiots, I'll win. Now that you have my email address lets see how long before I get a response froma real live person/

If I could give no stars I would. I’ve had two issues in 1 year that resulted in me having to cancel my account. The first was a fraud risk on their end! Avoid this company like an STD.

Tried to purchase tickets with tmobile promo for today and had to contact customer service only to learn my account is locked for "suspicious activity" so I have to wait until they review. Found out activity was in February...it's December. Review your accounts Atom!!! Lame.

accidentally clicked atom tickets instead of fandango and let me tell you, worst company ever!!! asked for a refund instantly after my purchase because i only GOT ONE of my tickets, the customer service is absurd and didnt help at all. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, ITS A SCAM!! the customer service people to just repurchase my tickets which would be 90$ TOTAL for TWO TICKETS, so inconsiderate and absurd, the phone number doesnt work to call them, never had such a bad experience with a company ever, how r u gonna say u have worry free cancellations but make it the worst process and not refund ANYONE?

Happy to save on popcorn, BUT, we cancelled one day and went to SAME movie apprx 2 days later. I have written 4 customer service emails requesting my apprx $4.66 service fee returned. IT WAS ALSO CHARGED 2 days later for SAME movie. The service person emailing me is playing games over refunding less tha$5!!! THERE IS NO NUMBER TO CALL THEM!

Atom tickets are the worst company ever. Do not use them. I purchased two tickets and was only given one. I immediately cancelled the order. They will not give a refund unlike their site claims. They offer you atom cash!!!! They can shove it. I would never use them for anything. Beware I hate that I had to give one star.

Booked two tickets for eras tour and then tried to cancel as we decided to go a different day with a friend. Website promises ‘worry free cancellations’ but they now claim no refunds. See screenshots of the website claim. Have made multiple requests and attempts for a refund. No one there cares that their website is misrepresenting their policies.

I booked 2 senior tickets and we couldn’t make the show because I book a theatre far from our home by mistake. I requested a refund and was jerked around for a week and then told I was not getting a refund because we missed the cancellation deadline.DO NOT USE THIS TICKET SYSTEM, IF YOU MAKE A MISTAKE, YOU LOSE YOUE MONEY, I DID FOR 2 SENIOR TICKETS + FEES-STAY AWAY FROM THEDE GUYS

After numerous attempts to purchase tickets on your website by myself and two other friends, for Sounds of Freedom, and receiving messages of engineering problems, CVV incorrect, and insufficient funds on my credit card, I received a text from my credit card company that you charged my account. They thought it was a fraudulent transaction and canceled my card. Now I need to wait for another card in the mail. You have no phone number listed to contact you when you make these errors. I can see from my experience and many other reviews that your company is out to scam people. Shame on you.

They shut my account down because they had an issue and I tried to order too many times when it didn't go through, because I wasn't sure if it was my phone or them having the issue. Apparently retrying payment the adding another payment card to retry violates TOS?

The App and the Website are not the same. I would like to get tickets at my computer at times and I can't because although I am logged in on the app with my phone due to t-mobile Tuesdays. The actual atomsticket has no record of my number. the app wont let me add my email and the website wont accept my phone number. it wouldnt be a big deal but I want my points. I am an AMC Stubs member and If Im going to use this App, then I want to be able to get points on my purchases. I have contacted the company. and there are only canned responses that neither address and or explain the issue or resolution. outside of my TMobile Tuesdays if anyone knows of any alternative then getting my tickets using this app please share. Thanks

I paid for 4 tickets at Apple Cinema in Westbrook, ME, and the movie was canceled. The theater refuses to reimburse me, saying Atom was the ones to provide the tickets. I have sent two emails to customer support. Crickets. DO NOT USE.

Horrible service. We had to pay for a movie we did not see at all, the movie theater was gladly giving us a refund but once they scan the ticket their system would not let us. The movie theater told us to go through Atom to get the refund for the movie we did not watch since they could not do it. I emailed Atom and it took over a week to even get responses and they refuse to refund me. We now have a movie we never seen, because it was literally so loud we couldn't even walk into the theater so they end up canceling the movie. It was even on the news that something was wrong with the theater and people had to leave, yet we still got stuck paying for a family of five for a movie we never saw. Absolutely ridiculous! Then when I asked to speak to the manager the person refused to let me. I am so upset and will be leaving reviews all over about this problem.
