“If I could give no stars, I would have. The company is not focused on customer service or fulfilling their obligations. Do not purchase a subscription from them for any theatre. You will run into pending orders which then get canceled by company and instead of helping you replace the order, they copy and paste terms and neglect understanding the issue at hand. Use a different ticketing app or purchase directly from the theatre, Atom Tickets has no interest in you as a customer.”

“I accidentally bought tickets for the wrong night. I showed up to the theater found out I purchased tickets for the night before! The theater couldn’t refund me or exchange so I had to buy the tickets again and hope Atom Tickets could refund me. It turns out they won’t refund me either! So I paid twice for me, my wife and 3 children to see one showing! That’s over $100 on one showing!”

“Wish I had read these reviews before I bought movie tickets with Atom. I had to cancel and the policy stated I would receive a refund as long as I cancel before the event. I even received a notification that my refund was issued. But guess what? They never issued it, and never responded to multiple emails over 6 days. Now I've reported them to PayPal so I'll see how that goes. DON'T USE THEM!”

“I didn't even know I had an Atom account anymore until yesterday when I saw that I was charged for $50 for 2 movie tickets. Luckily I was still able to log in and cancel that transaction. I changed my password and still got hack again! This time for $99 and I am locked out of the account. The customer service number doesn't work so I hope I hear back through email. How is this company even around with these horrible reviews and endless scams! I want my money back!”

“Went through the process of buying two tickets. Then it said something went wrong. Got an email that said thank you for buying tickets but we did not get any tickets in email or text. Avoid this dysfunctional outfit.”

“There is no trail to refund these tickets. No confirmation email, no receipt. Just a QR code for the event that you have to print out at the time, with no supporting information on it. AVOID ATOM.”

“We bought tickets through ATOM for a Met Opera simulcast of The Hours. There was no sound. The movie theater said that we needed to request a refund from Atom. Atom denied our claim for the price of the tickets. Atom is the WORST. NEVER BUY TIX THROUGH ATOM. MAJOR RIP OFF.”

“Help!! I log in with FB and see Atom Cash balance. However, when I attempt to buy tickets, software reverts to an OLD account mona.safley@yahoo.com and Atom Cash balance displays as $0. I've been trying to buy replacement tickets for over 2weeks. Software glitch,??”

“SOMEONE GOT A HOLD OF MY CREDIT CARD AND BOUGHT 105 DOLLARS WORTH OF GROCERIES FROM INSTACART RIGHT AFTER I BOUGHT MY MOVIE TICKETS. ALWAYS USE YOUR CREDIT CARD AT LEAST YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK. “A 1.3 rating is accurate for atom tickets. I wouldn’t recommend using them to get your tickets just buy them at the theater. 2 thumbs down if I could.”

“Customer service is no help. We have basically given them money with no product or service given to us, they take your money and run. No refunds and no tickets in place of refunds. We were robbed by Atom.”

“JUST SO EVERYONE KNOWS, ATOM TICKETS WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY, if you buy tickets and pay for the FIRST one with your credit card and decide to cancel like their app says you can, ALWAYS Chose CREDIT CARD REFUND because if you ever decide to apply that purchase to another event, they put it through as atom cash! THEN YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK, SO ALWAYS CHOSE CREDIT CARD REFUND. THEY STOLE 30.94 FROM ME BECAUSE OF THIS LOOP HOLE. 👺😡🤬😡🤬👺😡🤬”

“Absolutely horrible company to deal with. They charged me for tickets I NEVER purchased. Someone got ahold of my card and bought tickets to see NOPE. I was dealing with a man named Luis Hernandez, and a Emmie. Both are stating I was not charged , but I was. No one to deal with on the phone either. It went through my stupid PayPal account. I closing that out.”

“I order movies at amc $5 Tuesdays they have a promotion on popcorn 50%off my first time ordering on Mobil my total was $35 dollars found out later they charge me $97 because I order the popcorn witch it couldn’t combine promos lol that’s just a slap in the face”
