Absolutely horrible company to deal with. They charged me for tickets I NEVER purchased. Someone got ahold of my card and bought tickets to see NOPE. I was dealing with a man named Luis Hernandez, and a Emmie. Both are stating I was not charged , but I was. No one to deal with on the phone either. It went through my stupid PayPal account. I closing that out.

I order movies at amc $5 Tuesdays they have a promotion on popcorn 50%off my first time ordering on Mobil my total was $35 dollars found out later they charge me $97 because I order the popcorn witch it couldn’t combine promos lol that’s just a slap in the face

Twice we showed up to the theatre and found that the seats we had reserved were sold to another customer. Atom customer service just said it was an issue with Megaplex systems and failed to make any compensation. I’ve asked to cancel my subscription and even though they failed in allowing me to use my paid benefits are still holding me to the full subscription. Why should I continue to pay for something I’m not able to use because of a fault of theirs.

I wanted to cancel a ticket reservation I made and was told I’d get a refund within a certain amount of days it never came and when I contacted customer service they said they had already sent the refund back but I still got nothing. They proceeded to tell me if I didn’t receive it then it was a problem withe my bank account not being able to receive refund which has never been a problem before. The refund never came they have bad customer service and don’t refurbish you I went ahead and deleted my account and will never use again!

Their app locked me out before my showing and by the time anything could of been done the movie would had been halfway over. I hit them up explaining and trying to show them that it wasn’t my fault nor did they have a way of helping because they deal with e-mail responses instead of there being a phone number. So there goes my $44 bucks, and they really aren’t trying to help me with this scenario that wasn’t my fault it was their stupid app’s.

System shut down and I was not able to access my just bought tickets nor was I able to cancel the transaction or get in touch with customer service. Still in the process of trying to get in touch with them about the issue. Does not seem like they care to help me out. No phone number to call them either.

I bought tickets using atom which went O.K. Then one of my party cancelled. The atom web site is totally useless. There was one option to cancel the entire order. I wanted to reduce the order by one ticket. No where on their web site is there a way to contact ANYONE. The phone listed us answered by a bot that states there is no one there. Emails to the web site remain unanswered 24 hours later. The web site encourages users to use the 'chat' button on the bottom of the page but no such button exists.

I keep receiving emails from them even if I never ever used their services. The last one says "Thank you for buying tickets". What tickets? Now I need to check my bank account...

I somehow got on an emailing list despite never having even heard of them. A very convincing front for what is undoubtably a scam operation.

Wow, accidentally clicked on Atom tickets instead of the theater website and am having a nightmare trying to return tickets for a show that's still a day away. Website says my tickets have already been redeemed (impossible), their phone number is a recording saying that they're not answering their phones, and suggesting that I use their online chat...which doesn't exist. Luckily my credit card company is taking care of it. Assholes.

Horrible company to deal with. Don't waste your time with customer service they don't care about us the consumers. They are all in it and they are a bunch of scammers. Plus there ticket fees and they don't honor anything for us clients. Find another place to buy tickets.

This website is a scam! Don't trust them! I tried to buy tickets to see a movie and each time I tried to buy tickets it told me the purchase failed. I tried 3 times and got the same response. I ended up getting charged over $300 and never received tickets. I tried contacting their costumer service but that's just a huge joke. They also won't refund me my money. Only buy tickets from them if your looking to lose your money.

Trying to purchase two lousy tickets for a movie and the site keeps erroring out with a "This is embarrassing..." message. I thought maybe it was my Google Chrome browser, so I tried Safari with the same results. This site apparently can't accomplish the ONE TASK it's in business for: selling tickets to patrons. Maybe leave it to Fandango and Ticketmaster because Atom is the worst.

I originally opened my account with yahoo email. I now have an active Gmail account that I want to connect my cell #. All I want to do is add my cell # & I cannot do it. I contacted atom by email. They said they have to delete my yahoo & reset my password in Gmail. I did what they suggested & 3 days later, I cannot get into my account & they do not reply!!!! Cannot even call toll free # to talk to someone live! I order tickets every time there's a promo. So frustrating!!! Not even able to edit my own information online!

Bought 2 tickets to casablanca in las Vegas but never recieved confirmation so had to fork out an additional 25.00 to get in. Screw these people. And reading other reviews I wish I had never dealt with these №№#########

The theaters are open but none of the tickets are available. The refunded my purchase in “Atom Cash” and now I am no longer able to even spend the cash. It’s a scam for sure. I should have asked for the cash refund. I knew this website was sketchy.

Atom allows you to book a movie after it starts but won’t allow you to change it or cancel the order! Spent over $100 on a movie not realizing it was for that day had already started! No Refund!

no problems at all you just have to make sure before you pay that you selected the right info, whether it be the show time or the card info to even the movie or even the THEATRE its not that hard to check what you imput before you buy. company is great these bad reviews are the customers fault, been using atom for years and 0 problems.
