Wish I had read these reviews before I bought movie tickets with Atom. I had to cancel and the policy stated I would receive a refund as long as I cancel before the event. I even received a notification that my refund was issued. But guess what? They never issued it, and never responded to multiple emails over 6 days. Now I've reported them to PayPal so I'll see how that goes. DON'T USE THEM!
