Tried to purchase the T-Mobile discount ticket for $4 and it charged me full price. Attempted to cancel within 30 seconds and they refused to issue a refund. Some ridiculous policy about no refunds? Seriously, bad customer service. Customers should not use this platform.

I tried to purchase promo ticket for 4.00 when checking out after I submitted it. This happened right like 1 hour before show time. It ended up charging me full price. Called them at customer service number, they weren’t talking calls. Recording told me to email them for help. Since they don’t get right back with you by email. It was already past the movie time. Well they refused to issue a refund difference since it was passed the movie show time. Terrible customer service. I actually had to call my bank to get my money back. I was furious at them.

Horrible Customer Service! They will try to find a thousand reasons to not give you a refund. I will never buy tickets though them ever again. Better buy straight from the theater! Hope they go out of business!

Again as for other customers they have stolen my money! I canceled tickets to change to a closer theater and they gave me atom cash. I need my money back and they are refusing. They stink!! Do NOT use this service!!

I clicked on a Cinema for my home town but they sold me tickets to a cinema 20 hours away for a movie that started already because the local theater was sold out. No refund!

I put my order in for my zip code but did not realize it sent me to a theater 45 minutes away. The night of the movie, I went to my local theater and the employee scanned my ticket for a movie they weren't even showing. I spent the next three days emailing Atom since they have no phone system and after providing ALL the information they requested, they declined to help me. I even requested to use the same tickets the following week and they declined that as well. THIEFS. They literally stole our money. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

i was confused and scared when i saw such bad reviews after getting my tickets for Escape Room but the whole process was really easy and fast for me and also the website was friendly. i got no problems at all once in the theater:)

Plain and simple, customer service is awful. I bought tickets for a blockbuster premier. Apparently someone else reserved the same seats at the same time. Atom still charged me and didn’t notify me for over an hour that my seats reservation failed. They refunded my tickets but by that time the theater was sold out. I was able to book a different showing the same night directly through the theater and not through Atom. But it was inconvenient and messed up plans for others for the night. I had just signed up for the MegaPass program which has a6 month commitment. It is basically $15/month and gives you two free passes. Not bad if you like to go to the movies. I requested they cancel my membership since I no longer have confidence in their system. They simply quoted company policy and stated that sometimes it happens on busy nights. I asked if they could do anything at all to show they cared about their customer experience and the answer was no. This is my experience, it looks like I’m not alone.

Attempted to buy tickets program froze up as I was choosing payment. Got out went back in and accomplished it. I recieved notice and scan for last set of tickets. They billed PayPal for both and now say I didn't cancel the tickets I didn't complete.

If you don't use your tickets in the month issued they evaporate. Not cool Never disclosed. Great idea but ran very poorly Stay away

Shittiest customer service and logic in their process. You'll get hosed if anything happens before you go to the show...just don't use them.

These jerks emailed me telling me they'd refund my tickets to my credit card due to covid. 6 months later, I'm reminded to make sure they did. Nope. So I emailed them and they told me they refunded me to my 'atom account' with 'atom cash' which is even BETTER than real money. Um. No. Give me my money you greedy money grubbing jerks.

This is a horrible service! They keep charging you a monthly subscription And the movie theaters are closed! This has been a total nightmare. Don’t ever use this service!

Never use them! I bought tickets on line, when we got there, no tickets, so we bought new ones. Then the next day, the charges show up on my card! They refused to refund the overpayment since it was after the show started, yet I didn't find out about it until the next day!!! Total rip off.

Disgusting! Will NEVER buy from them again. Customer Services lacks any ability to reason. They refunded a card that doesn't exist anymore and their only response was F me.

The service itself is great, the convenience is nice. Price is acceptable and the experience is good but my number 1 with this business is their below subpart customer service. I've been using the app for a little about a year and last week I bought tickets to a movie and realized later on that my friend didn't want to go watch the movie anymore so I tried to cancel the order but it wouldn't let me through the app and reject my attempt... I contacted the AMC theater itself to ask for a refund and they told me they had no problems issuing refunds at all but Atom was the one who charged me and had to give me back my money. Long story short you're reading this 1 star review because this company had the audacity to tell me that they would CHARGE me a "convenience" fee for giving me back the refund they OWED me. Needless to say I will never do business with this company again.

Horrible experience I used the atom app today to purchase tickets for an amc theater for a showing on Tuesday to honor my TMobile Tuesday promotion of a 4$ Sonic ticket. Amc also had a 50%off a large popcorn promotion plus amc hosts 5$ Tuesdays my total for my entire purchase came out to be $32.20 when I processed my payment it charged me $77.20 I immediately called PayPal and they told em try to resolve it with atom maybe they can refund me the difference Yea no after many running around they said they couldn't offer me a full refund which I feel like I'm entirely entitled to so I decided to go thru my bank and hopefully I have better luck with them. Never again will I purchase thru Atom.
