I reached out to them 5 days prior to my movie and they responded back wanting more information, so I sent what they requested and never heard anything back until the day after the date of my movie!! I sent proof of purchased via a bank statement and they told me that the theater took out the money, Oh well the theater wasn't ATM.TK! This was a frustrating experience,
