I usually don't have a problem with this website, and honestly prefer to buy my tickets in advance especially for late night showings or special event movies (like Studio Ghibli or a anniversary of X movie) but this last time was awful.
the movie was advertised as a late showing on their website, but when i arrived to my theater they were not doing a late showing of this movie. Atom won't refund or credit my account so I'm just out. I won't be using them anymore.
